After a grand night of celebrating your party’s latest conquest, you wake to find a grubby note pinned to the door of your room at the inn.

HELP! Please adventurers, we have heard of your legend and our town has come down with a horrid plague. Mushrooms are sprouting from people’s bodies and slowly sucking the life force from them! We’ve called upon all the healers in the town and they deem it to be of magical origin. We beg you adventurers, for the safety of our town, please find the source of this horrific plague and save us! We will reward you however we can!
